16 Commission produce to be delivered to person and place specified in delivery note
A person must not deliver Commission produce unless it is delivered to —
(a)
the person specified on the delivery note as the person to whom the produce is to be delivered; and
(b)
the place specified on the delivery note as the place to which the produce is to be delivered.
Penalty: a fine of $2 000.
