93 Offences in relation to s. 91
Where section 91, or any regulation made under this Act in respect to the conduct of gaming in relation to which that section applies, is contravened in relation to any permitted gaming —
(a)
the holder of the permit relating to that gaming; and
(b)
the registered holder of any approval in relation to premises at which the contravention occurred; and
(c)
any other person knowingly concerned in the contravention,
commits an offence.
Penalty: a fine of $20 000.
