11 Delegation of functions
(1)
A person on whom a function is conferred under section 7(2)(a) may, in writing, delegate that function to another person.
(2)
A person performing a function that has been delegated to the person under this section is to be taken to do so in accordance with the terms of the delegation unless the contrary is shown.
