15 Civil penalty provisions and civil penalties
(1)
The provisions of the GSI rules specified in Schedule 1 are civil penalty provisions for the purposes of these regulations.
(2)
The category of a civil penalty provision is the category specified for the provision in Schedule 1.
Note for this subregulation:
Categories A, B and C are specified in Schedule 1 for the purposes of the GSI rules.
