41 Disclosure for purposes of proceedings before court or tribunal
The operator is authorised to disclose protected information for the purposes of —
(a)
civil or criminal proceedings; or
(b)
proceedings before a tribunal established by or under a written law or a law of the Commonwealth, a State or a Territory.
