26 Application of Financial Management Act 2006 and Auditor General Act 2006
(1)
The provisions of the Financial Management Act 2006 and the Auditor General Act 2006 regulating the financial administration, audit and reporting of agencies apply to and in relation to the Account.
(2)
The administration of the Account is, for the purposes of the Financial Management Act 2006 section 52, to be regarded as a service of the Department.
(3)
The Financial Management Act 2006 section 20 does not apply to the Account.
