31 Coordinator to monitor and inquire into
It is a function of the Coordinator —
(a)
to monitor the operation of this Act generally; and
(b)
to inquire into or investigate particular matters that arise in relation to this Act or contracts that relate to the purposes of this Act or that are, or can be, modified under this Act.
