5 PIA pipelines
(1)
A PIA pipeline is a gas transmission pipeline or a part of a gas transmission pipeline declared by the Minister to be a PIA pipeline.
(2)
The Minister must not make, amend or revoke a declaration other than in accordance with the criteria and procedure provided for by the regulations.
(3)
In this Act, a reference to a gas transmission pipeline includes a reference to a part of a gas transmission pipeline when the context requires.
