131 Recovery of amounts
The following amounts may be recovered in a court of competent jurisdiction as debts due to the State of Western Australia —
(a)
amounts payable to the State of Western Australia under Part 5 Division 8;
(b)
fees payable to the State of Western Australia under this Act or the regulations;
(c)
amounts payable to the State of Western Australia in connection with the performance of the Regulator’s functions under this Act or the regulations.
