137 Reports to Parliament
(1)
The Regulator may at any time cause a report about matters relating to the Regulator’s functions under this Act or the regulations to be laid before each House of Parliament.
(2)
The Regulator must give a copy of the report to the Minister.
Note for this subsection:
Section 137(2) of the Commonwealth Act requires the Regulator to give a copy of his or her report under that section to each State.
