Review of decisions by Administrative Appeals Tribunal

(1)

Subject to the Administrative Appeals Tribunal Act 1975 of the Commonwealth, an application may be made by an eligible person in relation to —

(a)

a reviewable decision made by the Regulator personally; or

(b)

a decision made by the Regulator under section 181 (which provides for internal review).

(2)

In this section —

decision has the same meaning as in the Administrative Appeals Tribunal Act 1975 of the Commonwealth.
