91 Application for accreditation
(1)
A person may apply to the Regulator for accreditation of an organisation as an accredited organisation under this Division.
Note for this subsection:
The conditions of a licence may require supervision of dealings by an Institutional Biosafety Committee established by an accredited organisation (see section 62(2)(m)), and the regulations may require such supervision of notifiable low risk dealings (see section 75(2)(c)).

The application must be in writing, and must contain such information as the Regulator requires.
