2 Certain lands vested in Trustees of the Geraldton Sailors and Soldiers’ Institute
All those pieces of land, being portions of Geraldton suburban lots 158, 161, 162, and being part of the land on plan 3476, and being lots 4, 5, 8, 9, 10, 21, 22, 23, 28, 29, 30, 43, 44, 45, and 46, standing in the register book in the Office of Titles 4 in the name of Sailors and Soldiers’ Memorial Institute, Incorporated (now defunct) 2, are hereby vested for an estate in fee simple in possession, free of all charges and encumbrances (including statutory charges or encumbrances in favour of the Crown), in the Trustees of the Geraldton Sailors and Soldiers’ Memorial Institute, a body corporate incorporated under the provisions of the Geraldton Sailors and Soldiers’ Memorial Institute Act 1929.
