32 Review of Act
(1)
The Minister —
(a)
must carry out a review of the operation and effectiveness of this Act as soon as is practicable after the end of the period of 5 years beginning on the day on which this section commences; and
(b)
may carry out a further review of the operation and effectiveness of this Act at any time after the period referred to in paragraph (a).
(2)
The Minister must —
(a)
prepare a report based on the review; and
(b)
as soon as is practicable after the preparation of the report, cause it to be laid before each House of Parliament.
