110C Substitute enduring guardians
(1)
An appointor may, in the enduring power of guardianship, appoint one or more persons to be substitute enduring guardians.
(2)
A substitute enduring guardian becomes the enduring guardian or a joint enduring guardian (as the case may be) in the circumstances specified in the enduring power of guardianship.
