32 Notification of result of appeal to executive officer
(1)
The registrar of the Court shall send a memorandum of the determination of the Court on an appeal, or of the dismissal of an appeal under section 34, to the executive officer.
(2)
A copy of the memorandum shall be entered in the records of the executive officer and shall be sufficient evidence of the matters stated therein.
