Saving for certain rules of court

Current

Nothing in this Part shall be read as limiting the operation of any rules of court —

(a)

whereby a person under a disability is required in any proceedings to sue by a next friend and defend by a guardian ad litem; or

(b)

relating to the approval of any compromise, settlement or acceptance of money paid into court affecting a person under a disability.
