2 Liability of owner or master in the case of a vessel under pilotage
The owner of a vessel, and the master of a vessel, shall be answerable under the provisions of the Acts set out in the schedule to this Act, for any loss or damage caused by the vessel, or by any fault of the navigation of the vessel, notwithstanding that the vessel was in charge of a pilot and that pilotage was compulsory.
