52I Show cause process for prohibition orders
(1)
If the Director proposes to make a prohibition order in relation to a person, the Director must give the person written notice of the proposed prohibition order.
(2)
The notice must invite the person to whom it is given to make a written or oral submission to the Director about the proposed prohibition order within a reasonable period specified in the notice.
(3)
The Director must have regard to any submission made in accordance with the notice in deciding whether to make the proposed prohibition order.
