100 Terms and conditions of appointment as administrator
An administrator is entitled to be paid remuneration and allowances determined by the Minister on the recommendation of the Public Sector Commissioner.
The Minister may revoke the appointment of an administrator for any reason before the term of appointment expires, either to appoint a different person as administrator or to appoint new members of a board of the health service provider.
The regulations may make provision with respect to administrators.
