Remuneration and leave entitlements

The remuneration and allowances of a chief executive are to be determined by the Department CEO on the recommendation of the Public Sector Commissioner.

(2)

Subsection (1) has effect subject to the Salaries and Allowances Act 1975 if that Act applies to the chief executive.
