125 Termination of contract of employment by employing authority
(1)
A health executive’s contract of employment may be terminated before its expiry on the expiry of not less than 4 weeks’ notice of termination given to the health executive by the health executive’s employing authority.
(2)
An employing authority may, in lieu of 4 weeks’ notice of termination, pay the health executive a prescribed amount.
