28 Department CEO may issue directions
The Department CEO may issue a direction requiring compliance in relation to —
a matter set out in a policy framework; or
any other matter in connection with the functions of the Department CEO under this Act in respect of which the Department CEO considers it necessary or desirable to issue directions.
A Department CEO direction under subsection (1)(a) may apply to any person or body to which the policy framework applies.
A Department CEO direction under subsection (1)(b) may apply to any person or body in relation to which the Department CEO performs or exercises functions.
