83 Quorum where section 81 applies
(1)
Despite section 86, if a member of a board is disqualified under section 81 in relation to a matter, a quorum is present during the consideration of the matter if at least half the number of members who are entitled to vote on any motion that may be moved at the meeting in relation to the matter are present.
(2)
The Department CEO may deal with a matter insofar as the Board cannot deal with it because of subsection (1).
