(1)
This section amends the Liquor Control Act 1988.
(2)
In section 77(5a)(a) delete “Register of Heritage Places compiled under the Heritage of Western Australia Act 1990; or” and insert:
State Register of Heritage Places established and maintained under the Heritage Act 2018; or
