80 Tribunal’s powers as to works permit
An applicant for a works permit under section 79 who is aggrieved by a decision of the Council made under section 79(3) to refuse the application or attach any condition to the works permit may apply to the Tribunal for a review of the decision.
An applicant for a works permit under section 79 who is aggrieved by a decision of the Council taken to have been made under section 79(6) may within 28 days after the expiry of the prescribed period referred to in section 79(6) apply to the Tribunal for a review of the decision.
The provisions of the Planning and Development Act 2005 Part 14 apply to applications under this section, with any modification that may be necessary, as they apply to applications for review under that Act.
