25 Committees
(1)
The Council may establish committees to assist in the performance of the Council’s functions.
(2)
The Council may discharge, alter or reconstitute any committee.
(3)
The Council may —
(a)
determine the functions, membership and constitution of a committee; and
(b)
appoint such Council members and other persons as it thinks fit to be members of the committee.
(4)
A committee must include at least one member who is a Council member.
