42 Advice and notification of decision on referred proposal: sections 74 and 75

The Council must provide its advice on a proposal referred to it by a decision‑maker under section 73(1) of the Act within 42 days after receiving the referred proposal or within such longer period as the decision‑maker may allow.
(3)
A decision‑maker must notify the Council of its decision on a proposal referred by it to the Council under section 73(1) of the Act within 10 days after making the decision.
