15A Misleading or deceptive conduct by builder or owner as to contract
A person who is a builder or an owner must not, in connection with —
(a)
the formation or execution of a contract; or
(b)
negotiations to vary a contract after execution; or
(c)
the circumstances in which a contract or variation of contract is entered into,
engage in conduct that is misleading or deceptive.
