Unanimous resolution may be passed without meeting

In force

(1)

A resolution of the Council, in writing and signed or assented to by each member by letter, telegram, telex, electronic mail or facsimile transmission, shall be as valid and effectual as if it had been passed at a meeting of the Council.

(2)

The Executive Officer shall report the passing of a resolution under subsection (1) to the next meeting of the Council.
