Infrastructure Western Australia Act 2019

Public service officers may be appointed under the Public Sector Management Act 1994 Part 3 to enable Infrastructure WA to perform its functions.

Infrastructure WA may, subject to any relevant written law or any binding award, order or industrial agreement under the Industrial Relations Act 1979, employ or engage and manage staff otherwise than under the Public Sector Management Act 1994 Part 3.

This section does not detract from the power that the Public Sector Management Act 1994 section 100 gives Infrastructure WA to engage a person under a contract for services or appoint a person on a casual employment basis.
