63 Infrastructure WA’s funds
(1)
An account called the Infrastructure WA Account is established for Infrastructure WA.
(2)
The account is an agency special purpose account under the Financial Management Act 2006 section 16.
(3)
Money received by Infrastructure WA must be credited to, and money paid by Infrastructure WA must be debited to, the account.
(4)
The funds available for the purpose of enabling Infrastructure WA to perform its functions consist of money that is lawfully received by, or made available to, Infrastructure WA.
