94 Other staff in the former department
(1)
On the day fixed under section 2(1) (the commencement day) a person who, immediately before that day, was employed, other than as the chief executive officer or a senior executive officer, in the Department of Land Information becomes a member of the Authority’s staff as if employed by the Authority under section 45(1).
(2)
Subsection (1) does not prevent the chief executive officer or a senior executive officer of the Department of Land Information from becoming a member of the Authority’s staff.
