Land Valuers Licensing Act 1978

Proceedings before the former Board under Part II Division 2 of the Act as it was prior to the commencement day that are not complete by the commencement day —

are taken to have been commenced by the Commissioner for the purposes of the Act; and

are to continue under the direction and control of the Commissioner.

Proceedings before the State Administrative Tribunal or another court commenced by allegation against a licensed valuer brought by the former Board that are not complete by the commencement day —

are taken to have been commenced by an allegation by the Commissioner for the purposes of the Act; and

are to continue under the direction and control of the Commissioner.
