13 Differences between partners
(1)
A difference arising as to ordinary matters connected with the business of a limited partnership may be decided by a majority of the general partners.
(2)
The application of this section may be varied in relation to a limited partnership by a partnership agreement or with the consent of the partners in the limited partnership.
