61 Notices must be recorded in register
As soon as practicable after giving a show cause notice, winding up notice or a notice under section 60(2), the Commissioner —
(a)
must record the giving of the notice in the register; and
(b)
may publish the notice in a manner the Commissioner considers appropriate.
