Public notice of adoption of strategic community plan

Current

(1)

If a strategic community plan is adopted, the CEO must —

(a)

give local public notice that the plan has been adopted; and

(b)

publish the plan on the local government’s official website.

(2)

If modifications to a strategic community plan are adopted, the CEO must —

(a)

give local public notice that modifications to the plan have been adopted; and

(b)

publish the modified plan on the local government’s official website.
