Register of financial interests, form of (Act s. 5.88(2))

Current

The register of financial interests is to be in a form that sets out —

(a)

in relation to each disclosure made under section 5.65, 5.70, 5.71 or 5.71A —

(i)

the date of the disclosure; and

(ii)

the nature of the interest disclosed;

and

(b)

in relation to each disclosure made under section 5.65 or 5.70 where the extent of the interest has also been disclosed, the extent of the interest; and

(c)

in relation to each disclosure made under section 5.65 or 5.70 —

(i)

the date of the meeting at which the matter will be or was discussed; and

(ii)

the number and details of the matter’s agenda item at the meeting.
