26 Infringement notice, form of (Act s. 9.16)
(1)
The form of an infringement notice that may be given under section 9.16 of the Act for a prescribed offence against a regulation is the form set out in Form 2 in Schedule 1.
(2)
Subregulation (1) applies whether the offence is made a prescribed offence by regulations or by a local law.
