30 Summonses and warrants (Act s. 16), form of
(1)
A warrant issued under the Act section 16(2) —
(a)
for a person who has committed a contempt of court under the Act section 15(2) must be in the form of Form 12 in the Criminal Procedure Regulations 2005 Schedule 1;
(b)
for any other person who has committed a contempt of court, must be in the form of Form 1 in the Criminal Procedure Regulations 2005 Schedule 1.
(2)
A summons issued under the Act section 16(2) must be in the form of Form 4 in the Criminal Procedure Regulations 2005 Schedule 1 adapted as necessary.
