18 Conditions and duration of temporary works approval
(1)
A temporary works approval is subject to the following conditions —
(a)
any conditions specified in the regulations;
(b)
any further conditions specified by the Minister in the temporary works approval.
(2)
A temporary works approval has effect until the end of the major event period for the major event, or any shorter period specified by the Minister in the temporary works approval.
(3)
A temporary works approval ceases to have effect if it is revoked by the Minister.
