40 Time limit for making referral
(1)
A referral cannot be made under section 26(2) or (3)(a) more than 48 hours after the time when the assessment required by section 39(1) is completed.
(2)
A referral can only be made under section 36(2) immediately after the time when the assessment required by section 39(1) is completed.
