Revocation of region planning scheme policy

Current

(1)

A region planning scheme policy may be revoked —

(a)

by a subsequent region planning scheme policy that —

(i)

is prepared in accordance with this Division; and

(ii)

expressly revokes the policy;

(b)

by a notice of revocation —

(i)

prepared by the Commission; and

(ii)

published by the Commission on the Commission website.

(2)

A revocation under subclause (1)(b) does not take effect until the notice of revocation has been published on the Commission website for a period of 21 days.
