34 Application under local planning scheme taken to be application under Scheme
(1)
This clause applies if —
(a)
an application to a local government for approval for development of land in the metropolitan area under a local planning scheme is accepted by the local government; and
(b)
development approval under this Scheme is required for development of the land.
(2)
The application is taken to also be an application for development approval under this Scheme of the development.
