103AV Security for compliance with conditions
(1)
The Minister may require the holder of a mining tenement to lodge a security for compliance with any conditions imposed under section 103AO(4) or 103AU(1).
(2)
A security referred to in subsection (1) —
(a)
must be lodged in the prescribed manner and within the period specified in writing by the Minister; and
(b)
is subject to the provisions of section 126.
