122D Effect of caveat
(1)
A dealing or surrender affecting the subject matter of a caveat shall not be registered under section 103C while the caveat remains in force, except with the consent of a warden.
(2)
Subsection (1) does not apply to a dealing if —
(a)
the caveat concerned is a subject to claim caveat; and
(b)
the dealing is expressed to be subject to the interest claimed by the caveator.
