46 Conditions attached to every prospecting licence
In addition to any conditions that may be prescribed or imposed with respect to a prospecting licence, every prospecting licence is taken to be granted subject to the condition that the holder of the licence will prospect for minerals and to the following conditions —
that all minerals of economic interest discovered in or on the land the subject of the prospecting licence be promptly reported in writing by the holder to the Minister;

that all holes, pits, trenches and other disturbances to the surface of the land the subject of the prospecting licence that are made while prospecting, and that are likely to endanger the safety of any person or animal, will be filled in or otherwise made safe;
that all necessary steps are taken by the holder to prevent damage or injury to property or livestock whether resulting from fire, the presence of dogs, the discharge of firearms, the use of vehicles or any other cause.
