79 Approval of application
(1)
Where a person has applied for a mining lease and has been notified in writing by or on behalf of the Minister that the Minister has granted the mining lease to which the application relates, the applicant shall be deemed to be the holder of the lease comprising the land in respect of which the lease is granted as from the date of the written notification.
(2)
Where a written notification is given under subsection (1) the term of the lease shall commence from the date of the written notification.
