References to mineral and mining tenement

In force

In these regulations —

(a)

a reference to a mineral includes a reference to —

(i)

a material containing the mineral; and

(ii)

a form of the mineral;

and

(b)

a reference to a mining tenement includes a reference to land the subject of an application for a mining tenement.
