Additional rent return (Act s. 120E)

In force

For the purposes of section 120E(5) of the Act, an additional rent return must —

(a)

be lodged for each quarter for which additional rent is payable for a mining tenement; and

(b)

be lodged within the period in which the additional rent must be paid under regulation 42(4); and

(c)

be included in the royalty return required to be lodged under regulation 44 for the mining tenement for the same quarter; and

(d)

include the information required to calculate the additional rent.
